Since early 2014 the HMO team at Nottingham City Council have been busy operating the city's Rogue Landlord Campaign

The team will share their experiences and successes in raising housing standards and compliance across the city.

An update on the polices Nottingham City Council is seeking to implement relating to HMO and student accommodation. In particular the intention to reduce the HMO concentration threshold in the city under the Article 4 Direction.

The plan was approved for consultation by Nottingham City Council's Executive Board on 17th November 2015. Representations on the plan will be invited early in 2016.
