The Expo has become the biggest landlord event of its kind in the Midlands attracting over 900 visitors in 2014. Essentially it provides an excellent platform for people working in the private rented arena to seek the advice, guidance and tools necessary to succeed in the development and management of their rental property businesses.

The Expo is the perfect event to attend whether you are a first time or accidental landlord, a letting agent, property investor or managing an existing portfolio, in terms of keeping up to date and with the increasing complex legislation impacting the Private Rented Sector.

The seminar timetable for the 2015 Expo will include topics such as ‘tenant eviction’ and how to navigate around ‘the top permitted development loopholes on HMO planning policy.
