Nottingham City Council is currently consulting on proposals to renew its scheme of Additional Licensing for Houses in Multiple Occupation (shared houses). Additional Licensing along with other measures, is an important tool in raising standards of condition and management in private rented housing. 

NCC are seeking the views of HMO tenants and organisations or institutions who work with or represent people who live in HMOs as well as residents, neighbourhood groups or organisations who live or operate in areas with HMOs.
