Housing & Communities Agency
The Housing & Communities Agency (HCA) is the national housing, land and regeneration agency; and the regulator of social housing providers in England.
The Agency came under review by the Government in march 2016 and has now published the results.
The government review has found a “clear case for the continuing existence” of the housing and regeneration quango, but has suggested that a new “statement of purpose” could shift in its focus.
