Letting Agents Redress Scheme - what does it mean to me?
The 1st October is just around the corner and sees the introduction of new regulation for all Letting Agents and Property Managers to be signed up to one of the 3 recognised ‘redress schemes’
I have been asked by a number of landlords, who manager properties on behalf of their friends or relatives, if this new legislation affects them or not? – after all they only help out?
