Come along and here whats new in the Private Rented Sector.
The free event on Tuesday September 22 from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham, gives property professionals the chance to hear what fellow landlords are doing, ask questions and share experiences.
South kesteven Council are offering limited supplies of free carbon monoxide detectors to any landlord who attends and refreshments will be available.
Speakers will include Derrick Brown from the Department for Work and Pensions on Universal Credit Update, Linda Cobb from Decent and Safe Homes and Don Robbie from the National Landlords' Association.
