The City of Lincoln Council’s application portal for HMO Licences is now live at https://housinglicensing.lincoln.gov.uk/ and is accepting applications for the new scheme that comes into effect on 1 October 2018 for all shared amenity HMOs with 5 or more occupiers over any number of storeys. Purpose built flats in multiple occupation in blocks of three or more purpose built flats are excluded from licensing.

The new HMO licensing scheme will be published on the council’s website from Friday 5 October 2018.
