At DASH we are extremely proud to work in partnership with Nottingham City Council to provide 'The Nottingham Standard' which helps tenants identify rentable properties that meet a minimum quality standard and recognises good landlords providing quality approved and well managed accommodation.

Nottingham City Council are looking for private landlrods with property in Nottingham city to complete a survey about their letting behaviour in order for the authority to establish current and expected provision within the Private Rent Sector in the city so that it can assess, prepare and respond to the changes and challenges ahead and ensure its most vulnerable citizens are appropriately housed.
