The City of Lincoln Council recently launched their Trusted Landlord Scheme in Partnership with DASH Landlord Accreditation. There are numerous benefits to being a trusted landlord including:

• Your properties will not be inclded in any pro-active enforcement exercises
• You can advertise your property via the councils choiced based lettings system
• No verification visits for HMO licensing,
• And many more.

DASH and the City of Lincoln Council will be hosting an event on Wednesday 14th June 2017, 17:30 - 19:30 at The Jackson Lecture Theatre, Minerva Building, Brayford Campus, University of Lincoln so you can find out more about the benefits of being a trusted landlord - we hope to see you there.
