As you may have seen in the local press Gedling Borough Council’s cabinet have approved a public consultation for the Selective Licensing of private rented homes in an area called ‘Netherfield’.

The consultation will run between 16^th October 2017 and 5^th January 2018.

Landlord are encourage to read the consultation proposal and accompanying information and then complete the consultation questionnaire.  The following link is now live:

In addition Gedling Borough Council will be holding a briefing about the proposal for landlords and managing agents on Tuesday 21^st November 2017 from 6pm onwards.
