Landlord Good Practice' Guide
Nottingham City Council have launched that 'Landlord Good Practice' Guide this week alongside a briefing note (see attachments below) regarding the new Selective Licensing scheme which comes into operation on 1st August 2018.
More information on the licesning scheme is due within the next 7 days prior to the Council's Cabinet Meeting – more information to follow.
