The Selective Licensing scheme comes into force on 1^st August 2018, with the Council aiming to have applications available from 1^st July 2018.

You are invited to an open session to cover the latest updates on the implementation of the scheme.

The event is on Thursday 24^th May 12:30pm – 2.30 pm – Council House Ball Room

The aim of the events which will cover the same issues each day is to:

·         What can Landlords be doing now?

·         Updates on the application process

·         Updates on details of the scheme

·         Depending on timing there may be an opportunity for questions at the end.

There is a range of information available on the website www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/qualityhousingforall including FAQs, factsheets, selective licensing handbook. If you have a question that is not on the FAQs, if you can submit it in advance of the meeting that would help.

Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on first come first served basis.  Due to maximum occupancy requirements of the venue we are unfortunately not able to accommodate anyone who has not booked on to the event.
