You will be emailed 2 months before your due date so that you can update your application details, your property list and recommit to the DASH Code of Conduct.

The renewals process involves a further inspection and further training.

Renewal fees are the same as a new application and as follows:

1- 5 properties                 £110+VAT
6 - 10 properties              £185+VAT
11 - 29 properties           £435+VAT
30 - 39 properties           £575+VAT

40+ properties  Please email dash@derby.gov.uk for a quote.
