DASH (Decent & Safe Homes) Services is a joint-working initiative with landlords, tenants and Local Authorities, which aims to improve housing conditions in the private rented sector. DASH Services was established by Local Authorities in the East Midlands in response to the introduction of the Housing Act 2004 and has since expanded to adapt to the ever changing housing market. 

DASH is a leading provider of housing advice, information, training and guidance for the private rented sector.

DASH is based in Derby City Council offices for administrative purposes, however works throughout the East Midlands.
