Leicester City Council would like to invite landlords and agents to their forthcoming Landlords Forum

This is an in-person face to face event held at 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ (Attenborough Hall, 1st Floor)

Agenda

·         Guest speaker, Hannah Cleaver will be explaining The Renters' Reform Bill in more detail.

·         Landlord will also find out about why it is beneficial to rent your home through Council’s Landlord Incentive Schemes including information on how to apply

·         Information will also be given on the Homewise Retrofit Planner.

·         Finally there will be an opportunity to ask questions of the professionals who will be attending.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will also be provided.
