Boston Borough Council is asking all landlords to make sure that when handing over tenancies to new tenants that they are made aware of the rules around waste disposal.  The Fly Tipping collection crew are also having to clear putrefied waste that has obviously been stored elsewhere and the council are asking landlords to ensure that their tenants are not accumulating waste at the property.
