Covid-19 and Ventilation
The Minister of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) issued a letter to all landlords regarding ventilation and Covid-19 late last year. This was published on the DASH website at the time but is attached here for information.
The letter included key messages for Landlords to support the health of tenants and encourage behaviours that reduce transmission of the virus which will be particularly important as we move into the next phase of the Covid-19 response. The letter can be viewed here:
