Whilst an incredible 47,184 people in Boston Borough have now had their first Covid jab and 43, 712 have had two doses there are some communities that have not yet come forward in the same numbers, in particular, tenants in private rented properties and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)

Boston Borough Council is asking landlords of properties in Boston to help encourage tenants to have their jabs.  Flyers and posters are available in different languages for any landlord who would like to use them, example attached.  For information, contact Arturs Serdjuks, Housing Health and Wellbeing Officer on 01205 314200.

Covid-19 vaccinations are available to anyone over the age of 16 at the Princess Royal Sports Arena, Great Fen Rd, Wyberton, Boston PE21 7PB. No appointment is necessary; just turn up to Grab-a-Jab

Tenants are also encouraged to register with their GP surgery to make sure that they can access medical help when needed and they are notified of other vaccination programmes, such as the Flu Jab. Registering is free, no fixed address or identification is needed
