Free landlord information workshop – Boston Borough Council
A free workshop is being held in Boston to update landlords on new legislation that has been introduced over the last year or so and the implications and responsibilities that landlords will have as a result.
The workshop will be presented by DASH Services in conjunction with the Housing Team at Boston Borough Council. Registration on the day will begin from 12.15pm. It is being held in the Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston on Monday 12th June, 12.30pm to 3.00pm.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To register, email housing.dept@boston.gov.uk or call 01205 314548 (registration only) giving the name(s) of those attending.
Workshop content includes:
- Basic Electrical safety points
- Update on the Housing and Planning Act 2016
- Refresh on other new legislation
- Good housekeeping – do you know what you need to know!
There will also be an opportunity to raise any questions or concerns you may have.
