North East Derbyshire District Council & Bolsover District Council wants to better understand the private rented sector.

This includes what works well and areas for improvement and the actions that the Council should take to address them.

The Councils have appointed arc4 housing consultants to provide support to complete this.

They want to hear from local landlords.
