Changes to How landlords contact the licensing teams in Nottingham
Instead of emailing the teams generic emails about your Selective or HMO License , all new enquires will now need to be submitted via a contact form available here https://myaccount.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/service/housing_licensing_contact_form
The Digital Contact from will provide landlords and agents with a self-serve option which will work customers through a series of questions to direct them to the relevant information, forms and documentation you want giving an instant answer.
Landlords will be able to submit and request any documentation required. Some of the documentation will already be available to download through the Contact Form's options.
Nottingham City Council (NCC) hope that through the Digital Contact Form they are able to reduce any requirement for back and forth communication to obtain required information to assist with queries promptly.
They have acknowledged that there will be some cases where further information will still need to be requested and NCC will request this via the contact form.
