DASH Conference 2026: Renters' Rights Act 6 months on.
East Midlands 2026 Housing Conference
Six Months On - The Real Impact of Renters’ Rights
Join us for the East Midlands 2026 Housing Conference, taking place at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham on 20th October.
Following a successful first conference in 2025, this year’s event will focus on the real-world implications of the Renters’ Rights reforms, almost six months after they came into force. Our speakers and guests will be able to offer practical guidance and information to help you gain a deeper understanding of how recent legislation is reshaping the private rented sector.
The event is once again being sponsored by ArcAirTech, whose mould eliminating technology is setting the standard for Landlords to protect their tenants and their properties. Director Andrew Fitzpatrick said: “We met so many great landlords last year so we’re thrilled to be back with more advice on how landlords can protect their investment and make properties safer with our unique product.”
We’re very pleased to announce that David Smith, an expert on housing law, is joining us again as Keynote Speaker along with a host of speakers with specialist knowledge who will take part in workshops throughout the day, as well as exhibitors of interest to landlords and housing professionals.
Shapcotts Charted Accountants will be talking about the impact of Making Tax Digital on landlords. Student accommodation agency Sulets will host a workshop for landlords of housing suitable for students. We’re also delighted that Unipol and landlords associations, NRLA and EMPO, are supporting the event too,
This is a great opportunity to connect, learn and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The cost to attend this event is just £10 which includes refreshments and snacks. Last year, we were oversubscribed so please book your place early to get the latest up-to-date practical advice.
Registration opens at 09:00 with the opportunity to network and visit our exhibitors' stands before the conference commences at 10:00.
The conference will close at 16:00.
Complimentary parking will be available on site on the day although we highly recommend car sharing as this is such a large event.
