The Government has updated their COVID-19 and renting: guidance for landlords, tenants and local authorities

The changes include guidance and information about the Autumn and Winter plan for COVID-19.

The Government has also updated their guide for landlords and tenants in the private rented sector to explain the possession action process in the county courts in England, this includes updated court fees information.
