Following the six months ban on evictions there are significant changes to notices and possession action.

High Peka and Staffordshire Moorlands' Councils are keen to work with private landlords to improve understanding of these changes, promote available support and work together to ensure tenancies remain viable.

 They are inviteing private landlords to attend a Landlord webinar to be held on Tuesday 3rd November 10:30.

Speakers will include (NRLA) National Landlords Association, DASH Services , Call Before Your Serve’ landlord services, DWP, Council housing and benefit services, and Adullam Homes.
