Are you stuck at home, bored with nothing to do?

Would you like to have a new project? What about brushing up your landlord and tenant legal knowledge? All landlords and letting agents should do regular training and now might be a good time!

To help with this, during the lockdown period our friends over at Landlord Law have started a new initiative. They are calling it the Lockdown Learning project. - 

The Lockdown Learning Project

Every week during the lockdown, they will be making available a course. Sometimes it will be a video course, sometimes a written course (maybe with video items).

All of the courses will either be totally free of charge or will be at a minimal fee - normally £12 (ie £10 + VAT).

The courses will all be on various aspects of landlord and tenant law and practice. Although the project is described as being for landlords, actually it will also be available for letting agents, advisers and tenants.

In fact anyone who is interested!

• The free courses will be available for a period of 1 week only - after which they will be taken down or (if they are part of our Landlord Law membership content) the password protection will be added back.
• The £12 courses will only be available at £12 for one week, after which they will revert to their full price.

All they ask is that you respect the copyright in the courses and that you make a donation to one or more of the featured charities on the Lockdown Learning page.
