Many of you will have joined us back at the beginning of 2020 when the South Leicestershire Local Authorities came together to bring you a jam packed landlord forum which lasted the whole day and into the evening.

Due to the success of that event and in light of new legislations landlords are currently facing the councils are keen to replicate that event for 2021.

Obviously due to the pandemic another face to face forum is not possible so they are taking the event online this year !

We hope you will join Oadby and Wigston , Harborough , Blaby and Hinkley and Bosworth Councils for a local update along with a roundup of the national changes landlords need to be aware of.

Please note the morning and evening sessions will be the same so please only book to attend one.

We hope to record the session on ZOOM and circulate this for any landlord colleagues who cannot attend but obviously the tech may let us down!
