Course Overview

Local Government Reorganisation presents one of the biggest leadership challenges many councils have faced in decades. Success depends not only on organisational design but on leaders who can navigate uncertainty, communicate with confidence, build trust and maintain high-performing teams throughout change.

This practical leadership development programme has been designed specifically for local authority managers and leaders preparing for or experiencing LGR. Rather than focusing on theory, each workshop provides practical tools, real-world strategies and opportunities for reflection that can be applied immediately.

Delivered by experienced leadership facilitators David Bell and Nick Looby, the programme equips delegates with the confidence, behaviours and communication skills needed to lead successfully through organisational change while supporting both their teams and themselves.
