The DASH course for Local Authorities officers will covers how the Renters' Rights Act will impact the private rented sector & will look at:

• the removal of section 21 notices
• an overview of the new and updated grounds for possession
• changes to rent repayment orders
• how the new rent increase procedure will work and how that could affect the market
• will rental bidding increases rents?
• Pets , pets and more pets as this is always a topic that incurs lots of questions!
• What the PRS database and redress scheme may look like
• Lots of time for questions
