Throughout the year DASH organises & facilitates a number of HHSRS Consistency Workshops enabling housing practitioners to share best practice, highlight any areas for development and ensure that officers continue to provide a clear and consistent approach to housing enforcement.

This is an opportunity for peers in the housing profession to exchange ideas and decisions on the "grey" areas, those tricky or never seen that before situations where you need to consult or have your ideas confirmed.

The workshops are open to all practitioners who use HHSRS on a regular basis and are looking to keep their skills up to date.

The workshop is not in a ‘lecture style’. Case studies will form the basis of the day’s discussion, and delegates are asked to submit real life examples of the challenges they experience in the field.
