In addition to a self assessment critera you complete when applying DASH will also carry out a minimum 10% sample inspection rate of your property list to ensure that your properties meet the scheme standards.

You will be informed in advance of the date of inspection and must ensure that the tenants have 24-hours notice of the visit that the inspector will have access to the property. We will also verify with Local Authorities that you are a reputable landlord who does not have a history of enforcement issues.
