We are asking all responsible agents to promote DASH Landlord Accreditation to their clients – there are a number of ways you can do this:
o For existing clients DASH can provide agents with an introductory flyer which you can send out inviting them to join DASH Landlord Accreditation.
o For new clients agents can introduce the concept of accreditation into the initial ‘appraisal’ process.
o Some agents choose to incentivise their clients to become accredited by offering a discount for accredited landlords, however this is not a requirement.
o DASH can provide agents with marketing materials to display in your offices and on your websites.
o DASH can work alongside agents on producing press releases should you wish to promote your scheme more widely – agents elsewhere have found accreditation a really useful tool to set their business apart from the competition.
