A report will be issued following the inspection called a PIP- a Property Improvement Plan. This will detail works that are required (if any) to bring the property up to the standards of the Code of Conduct. You must then carry out the works within the deadline set in the report, or with an agreed extension if required, and provide proof of the works to DASH once complete by way of invoices or photos.
